Buffalo Go Green, Inc. was founded by Allison DeHonney to tackle food insecurity and disparities in the East Side of Buffalo, NY, where the poverty rate is a staggering 39%. This organization empowers under-served populations by providing services and training, fostering leaders in the Green Industry and Agriculture.

Impact

Buffalo Go Green operates programs that deliver fresh produce to over 75,000 individuals, addressing critical health disparities such as hypertension and obesity. Educational initiatives for both youth and adults promote nutrition and sustainable agriculture.
