Our Story

Founded in 2020, Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue was inspired by Buddy, a dog rescued from a dire situation. This all-volunteer organization is dedicated to finding forever homes for unwanted and abused animals, while also supporting the McNairy Humane Society in the South.

Our Impact

Each year, approximately 1.5 million shelter animals face euthanasia. Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue works tirelessly to reduce this number by rescuing and re-homing dogs that would otherwise be overlooked.
