The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center (PABC) was established in 2006 by Dr. Timothy M. Block, a renowned virologist, to serve as a nonprofit life sciences incubator. Located in Bucks County, PA, PABC fosters early-stage life science companies and drives regional economic development through scientific innovation and collaboration.
