Bubbles Dog Rescue was founded by two Ukrainian sisters, Inna and Isabelle, alongside a dedicated team of women passionate about saving dogs from the alarming euthanasia rates in California. This organization focuses on pulling dogs off euthanasia lists, providing them with essential veterinary care, rehabilitation, and a loving foster home. Each foster is carefully selected to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for these dogs. Through social media and adoption websites, Bubbles Dog Rescue promotes these dogs to find them their perfect forever homes, adopting to approved adopters across all states.
