Our Story

Brukner Nature Center, founded by aviation pioneer Clayton J. Brukner in 1974, is a privately-funded nonprofit organization dedicated to wildlife conservation. Spanning 165 acres, the center offers hands-on wildlife encounters and educational programs, welcoming over 130,000 visitors each year.

Impact

Each year, Brukner Nature Center rehabilitates over 1,200 wild patients, successfully releasing more than a third back into their natural habitats. This commitment to wildlife conservation and education makes a significant difference in the community.
