Our Story

On June 18, 2007, tragedy struck when nine Charleston firefighters lost their lives in the line of duty. This heartbreaking event inspired the creation of the Brotherhood Ride, a nonprofit dedicated to honoring these heroes and providing vital support to their families. The organization has since expanded its mission to recognize all emergency responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice, riding bicycles across states to raise awareness and funds.

Impact

Over the past sixteen years, the Brotherhood Ride has honored 738 Emergency First Responders, donating over $896,000 to their families. With over 12,600 miles traveled through sixteen states, the Brotherhood Ride exemplifies the true meaning of camaraderie and support for those who serve.
