Co-founded by Lori Garver, Cassie Lee, and William Pomerantz, this initiative addresses the gender imbalance in the aerospace sector by providing opportunities for talented female and gender minority students from diverse backgrounds.
Nearly 400 extraordinary undergraduate women and gender minorities have been placed in meaningful roles at top aerospace institutions, where they contribute to launches, build flight hardware, and prepare influential reports.
