To fund the Clubs community and charitable services by encouraging and recognizing outstanding achievements of citizens of Monroe County, NY; to aid and assist the handicapped, distressed, and elderly residents of Monroe County; to foster and cultivate the educational development of children, youth, and adults; and to provide aid and assistance wherever needed in the World.
