Our Story
Founded in 2009, Neighbors Building Brightmoor transformed the southwest region of Brightmoor into a vibrant area filled with gardens, greenhouses, and parks. In 2014, the Brightmoor Artisans Collective emerged from this initiative, providing a safe space for community members to learn and collaborate on processing, marketing, and consuming affordable, healthy food. Today, BAC stands as a vital community resource hub, enhancing access to nutrition education, gardening skills, and local economic development.
