Our Story

BridgesWork is the realization of a vision by retired educators Randy and Jan Morgan, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Since 2011, this nonprofit has fostered meaningful relationships among students and adults through a variety of academic, spiritual, and practical activities.

BridgesWork has successfully created long-lasting connections, providing hope and motivation for over 150 students each year through diverse educational and service initiatives.
