Serving over 300 individuals annually in St. Croix and Pierce counties in Wisconsin, as well as Washington County in Minnesota, BRIDGE adopts a holistic approach that emphasizes life skills development, continued learning, and recreational activities. This comprehensive strategy fosters healthy minds and bodies, ensuring that clients thrive in an integrated community setting.
