Bridge Builders Leadership Initiative (BBLI) was born from a vision to uplift the youth in our community. Co-Founders, Pastors Jamane & Alecia Williams, recognized a critical gap in the lives of local students and felt a divine calling to "Bridge the Gap". Over five years later, BBLI has grown into a vital resource, serving over 100 students and their families through tuition-free afterschool and summer programs.

Making a Lasting Impact

BBLI provides a safe and nurturing environment for K-12th graders, focusing on academic support, leadership training, and family assistance. The program operates year-round, ensuring that working families have access to essential resources. With countless success stories from students, parents, and volunteers, BBLI continues to be a beacon of hope for low to moderate-income families in Pearl.
