EIN: 75-2436606 · Dallas, TX
Our Story
The Bridge Breast Network was founded in 1992 by a dedicated group of breast cancer survivors who recognized the urgent need for accessible diagnostic and treatment services for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women. Spearheaded by Dr. Sally Knox, a compassionate breast specialist, the organization has grown from a small group of supporters into a vital nonprofit 501(c)(3) that has served over 150,000 women in North Texas.
Impact
Since its inception, The Bridge Breast Network has connected over 19,000 women with essential medical treatment, providing lifesaving evaluations and services such as mammograms, biopsies, surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. For every dollar donated, clients receive nearly ten times that amount in medical care, showcasing the organization's profound impact on the community.
