BreatheINK's purpose is to show pre-teens and teenagers how to use poetry as a means of increasing literacy skills, improving scholastic performances and test scores, and addressing issues of social and emotional behavior through therapeutic use of growing writing skills and sharing their poems and stories in a public performance format.
