With a unique students-teaching-students model, BTH provides a six-year program that supports students from middle school through high school graduation. Originally known as Summerbridge, BTH became part of the national Breakthrough Collaborative, expanding its reach and impact across the city.
Impacting the Future
Since its inception, Breakthrough Houston has achieved remarkable success, boasting a 99% college acceptance rate for its graduates. Students have gained admission to prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Princeton, and Yale. Currently, 94% of high school students enrolled in Breakthrough are attending college preparatory schools, setting them on a path to success.
