On March 6, 2007, Jeremy and Amy Jacobs faced every parent's worst nightmare when their 13-month-old daughter Ava was diagnosed with a massive brain tumor. In their search for hope and solutions, they discovered the power of community and support, leading to the creation of BraveHearts for Kids.
