Our Story

Boys to Men Mentoring Network was founded in 1996 by Craig McClain, Herb Sigurdson, and his son Joe. This organization is dedicated to building communities of male role models who empower teenage boys to pursue their dreams through consistent group mentoring.

Impact

Since its inception, the Boys to Men curriculum has been adopted in over 17 cities across the United States and 9 international centers. The San Diego in-school mentoring program has positively impacted over 5,100 boys, with 100% of participants reporting personal growth.
