Since opening its doors in 1979, the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos has been dedicated to serving the youth of the community. With the establishment of the Jennifer Loscher Building in 1995, the Club expanded its reach, now operating 12 extension sites across San Marcos. Today, it proudly serves over 2,500 youth members, providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.
The Club focuses on three priority outcome areas: Academic Success, Civic Engagement, and Healthy Lifestyles. By offering diverse programs tailored to the interests of youth aged 6 to 18, the Club fosters self-esteem and empowers young individuals to reach their full potential.
