Our Story

The Boys & Girls Club of Janesville has been a beacon of hope for local youth since 1989, when passionate community members came together to create opportunities for success. Starting from humble beginnings, the Club has grown to serve hundreds of children, yet demand continues to rise with over 100 kids currently on a waiting list.

Every dollar invested in the Club yields an impressive $9.60 in economic benefits for Janesville. With 97% of members receiving free or reduced lunch and 52% from single-parent homes, the Club plays a crucial role in supporting youth of color and ensuring they thrive academically. Our Be Great Graduate program has proven effective, with 92% of participants improving their math grades.
