Boys 2 Gentlemen Leadership Inc, founded by retired LAPD officer Mr. Keith Linton in 2015, is dedicated to empowering young people in inner-city Los Angeles, particularly in Watts and South LA. Drawing from his own experiences, Mr. Linton invested his pension to create a nonprofit that provides mentorship and support to at-risk youth, helping them navigate challenges related to violence, poverty, and educational disparities.

Transforming Lives Through Education

Since its inception, Boys 2 Gentlemen has positively impacted over 16,000 students and parents, leading to significant improvements in academic performance, attendance, and behavioral issues. The organization has established partnerships with over 50 schools in the LAUSD system, recognized for its effective interventions.
