Our Story
Established in 2000, Boxer Friends, Inc. is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in South Florida. Comprised entirely of volunteers, this compassionate group focuses on rescuing pure breed Boxers from shelters in Broward, Miami-Dade, and South Palm Beach counties. Many of these dogs face euthanasia, and Boxer Friends steps in to provide them with a second chance at life.
Without a physical shelter, Boxer Friends relies on a network of foster homes to care for these dogs until they find their forever homes. Each Boxer that enters the program receives comprehensive veterinary care, including treatment for parasites, heartworms, and any injuries or illnesses. They are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ensuring they are healthy and ready for adoption.
