Our Story

Founded in 1995 by Will Toor and Lincoln Miller, the Boulder Housing Coalition (BHC) was established to combat the rising housing prices in Boulder, Colorado. BHC has developed several cooperative houses, including Masala, Chrysalis, Ostara, and Mango Manor, promoting community living and sustainable practices.
