The purposes for which the corporation is organized are as follows: (a) to raise and distribute funds for charitable, civic, cultural, and educational purposes, (b) to conduct the ativities exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as the same may be amended from time to time, or to make distributions to other religious organizations which qualify as exempt organizations pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Cod of 1954, as the same may be amended form time to time.
