Founded in 2021, Botanical Belonging Inc. emerged from the passion of Patti Ragsdale, who transformed her 10-acre property, Happy Apple’s Farm, into a vibrant hub for native plant education. Located just outside Tonganoxie, Kansas, this nonprofit organization is dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of local biodiversity and the importance of native plants.

Since opening to the public in 2017, Botanical Belonging has provided a welcoming space for community members to engage with nature.
