BOSS INC was founded in 2017 by Everett L. Glenn, a retired attorney and former NFL and NBA contract advisor. Recognizing the profound impact of sports on personal development, BOSS was established to provide boys of color and those from low-income households with the access, opportunity, training, and tools necessary for success. The organization focuses on fostering not only athletic skills but also academic and socio-emotional growth.

Impacting Lives Through Education

Since its inception, BOSS has achieved remarkable results, with 100% of its high school seniors graduating and successfully enrolling in colleges such as Stanford, UCLA, and LSU. Over five consecutive years, BOSS scholars have outperformed their peers on standardized assessments, demonstrating the effectiveness of the program in bridging the educational gap.
