Our Story

Established in 1979, Border Region Behavioral Health Center has been dedicated to providing essential mental health and mental retardation services to the citizens of Webb, Jim Hogg, Starr, and Zapata counties. Transitioning into a community center in 2000, the focus has shifted towards integrating individuals with mental illness and mental retardation into their communities.
