Located in Highland Park, Boaz & Ruth actively engages with the neighborhood, focusing on presence over perfection. The organization has successfully influenced a remarkable 67% decrease in crime, showcasing the power of community involvement.

Impacting Lives Through Social Enterprises

Currently, Boaz & Ruth operates four social enterprises that have empowered over 200 trainees with essential job and life skills. In partnership with the City’s Department of Public Works, an additional 300 individuals have benefited from these initiatives. With a recidivism rate of less than 10% among program graduates, Boaz & Ruth is making a significant difference in the lives of those it serves.
