Blueprints for Learning, established in 2002, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of early care and education in Spokane. Founded by Jim Sheehan and Lynne Sanders, the organization began with an on-site child care facility for families in the Community and Saranac buildings. Over the years, it has expanded to include the Community Building Children’s Center and the Child Care Training Institute, focusing on exceptional early education and training for educators.
Blueprints for Learning provides high-quality early care and education for children aged 12 months to 5 years, while also offering continuing education for early childhood educators. This dual approach significantly improves child care and early learning in the Spokane area.
