Founded in 2003 and launched in 2005, Blue Jacket, Inc. is dedicated to providing training, employment, and vocational direction to ex-offenders and other disadvantaged individuals in the Greater Fort Wayne community. The mission has evolved to serve anyone facing barriers to employment, ensuring that everyone has a chance at a better future.
