Founded by Dr. DeWayne Coxon in the early 1980s, Blossoming Rose is dedicated to supporting Israel and the Jewish people through humanitarian and educational initiatives. The organization began its journey with archaeological projects, including the excavation of the historic Jewish city of Tamar, now known as Biblical Tamar Park. This 55-acre site, recognized by the Israel Antiquities Authority, serves as a testament to Israel's rich history and cultural heritage.
