The Bloomington Playwrights Project (BPP), founded in 1979, is Indiana's only professional theater dedicated to new plays. Over its 42-year history, BPP has been a vital artistic force, providing a platform for both emerging and established writers and theater artists. With over 15,000 children participating in playwriting and performances, BPP has significantly enriched the local arts community.
