Our Story

Founded by Kevin and Dyna Jones, Bliss Care Foundation emerged from a deep commitment to assist low-income Seniors who struggle to afford non-medical in-home care services. With over 15 years in the Senior care industry, the founders were driven by the question, “How can we help more people?” In 2019, they launched BLISS as a community-funded initiative aimed at delivering quality care to underserved Seniors residing in mobile home parks and subsidized housing.

BLISS passionately believes that every Senior deserves access to quality care at home. By providing free non-medical in-home care through licensed care providers, BLISS enhances the quality of life for eligible low-income Seniors, thanks to the generosity of the community.
