Blaze of Hope was founded by Lisa Moore, inspired by her personal journey through the heart-wrenching experience of losing her son, Blaze, to liver cancer at just 13 months old. During this challenging time, Lisa witnessed the immense struggle faced by families in similar situations, torn between caring for their sick child and meeting financial obligations. This experience ignited a passion to help others in need.

With the support of her community, family, and friends, Blaze of Hope was born. The organization aims to provide financial assistance to families with children facing life-threatening medical conditions, ensuring they can focus on what truly matters—their child's care.
