Our Story

Founded in 1999, Blast & Cast began as a small church retreat in Rockport, Texas, uniting duck hunters and church members. Over the years, the focus shifted towards creating impactful events for duck hunters, leading to significant growth. By 2006, participation soared to over 50, prompting a waiting list. Officially incorporated as a nonprofit in 2008 and achieving 501(c)(3) status in 2011, Blast & Cast now operates across multiple states, driven by a dedicated team of full-time employees and passionate volunteers.
