Our Story

Founded on July 1, 2010, Blair County Drug & Alcohol Program, Inc. (BDAP) transitioned the management of state and federal drug and alcohol funds into an independent nonprofit model. Appointed by the state as a Single County Authority (SCA), BDAP serves as a central point of contact for drug and alcohol programming in Blair County. The organization collaborates with community sectors to develop prevention, intervention, early engagement, and recovery support services, ensuring a healthier community for all.
