Blackhorse Association
EIN: 31-0888767 · Elizabethtown, KY
Our Story
The Blackhorse Association was founded in 1969, inspired by a promise made by Colonel George S. Patton to a dying trooper in Vietnam. This vow to remember and care for the families of the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment has driven the Association's mission ever since. Based in Fort Knox, Kentucky, the Association honors the legacy of those who served and sacrificed.
Impact
With over $1 million raised, the Blackhorse Association has significantly contributed to the education of children of current and former troopers, especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
