About Birds Connect Seattle
Founded in 1916, Birds Connect Seattle is the first conservation organization in Washington State, dedicated to urban conservation and the protection of bird habitats. Located in the Wedgwood neighborhood of north Seattle, this nonprofit serves a wide area, including Seattle and parts of King County. With over 4,200 members, it stands as one of the largest independent chapters in the national Audubon network.
