Our Story

Since the 1950s, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound has believed in the incredible potential within every individual. As Washington’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring organization, meaningful matches are made between adult volunteers, known as "Bigs," and young people, referred to as "Littles." This impactful relationship fosters growth and development.

Impact

With 79% of youth showing improvement in depressive symptoms and a 100% graduation rate for seniors with a Big, the organization is making a significant difference in the lives of young people.
