Our Story
In 2020, amidst a year of change and hardship, a dedicated group of volunteers recognized the urgent needs of immigrant families in Gallatin Valley. They initiated a winter clothing drive for new arrivals from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Mexico. This effort sparked a movement within the Bozeman community, revealing the potential to connect with and support these new neighbors. Over the past two years, the Spanish-speaking community has grown significantly, highlighting the need for more mentors to assist families in navigating essential services and resources.
Composed entirely of volunteers, the organization has successfully paired over 80 mentors with 40 families, fostering relationships that empower and uplift. As the demand for support continues to rise, the organization is transitioning towards a sustainable model that includes dedicated staff to enhance its mission of welcoming and supporting immigrant families in Gallatin Valley.
