Our Story

Founded in July 2020, Black Girls in Cyber (BGiC) emerged from the #BlackGirlsInCyber campaign, showcasing the achievements of Black women in STEM, cybersecurity, and privacy. The foundation aims to support and uplift Black women, fostering diversity and awareness in these critical fields through mentorship, scholarships, and community outreach.

Our Impact

BGiC empowers women of color in cybersecurity, privacy, and STEM, creating a pipeline of qualified professionals who can bridge the gender and diversity gap in these industries.
