Our Story

Beverly-Vermont Community Land Trust (BVCLT) was founded by L.A. Eco-Village, CRSP, and local residents to decommodify land and promote community control in Koreatown. By organizing with working-class communities of color, BVCLT aims to stabilize housing and empower those most affected by housing injustices.
