Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. The specific purpose of the nonprofit is to provideservices to underprivileged youth; raise social consciousness and awareness on a local and global level; fundraising events for relief such as clothing, school supplies, food, etc and other social and human services.
