Our Story

Founded in 1962, Bet Shraga Hebrew Academy of the Capital District is an independent Jewish Day School located in Albany, New York. The academy is dedicated to providing a high-quality education while nurturing Jewish identity and knowledge. With a commitment to the highest academic standards in both Judaic and General Studies, HACD ensures that students develop the tools necessary for full participation in all aspects of Jewish life.
