Founded in 2015, Benefits in Action emerged from a commitment to support low-income older adults in Colorado. Despite the presence of numerous organizations, many Coloradans still lack access to vital benefit assistance. Recognized as a Certified Application Assistance Site (CAAS) across multiple counties, Benefits in Action has established itself as a trusted resource for Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, and more. The organization has expanded its services to include a food delivery program and a mental wellness initiative, both crucial in addressing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
