Our Story

Founded by Tom and Deborrah Willard, the Foundation for Affordable Housing has dedicated nearly 30 years to creating safe, comfortable, and high-quality affordable homes. The organization focuses on the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income, special needs, and senior housing, enriching the lives of residents.
