In 2012, inspired by a summer camp project, teenagers from St. John’s Lutheran Church in Grove City, Ohio, founded Bed Brigade Columbus. With the support of the Circleville chapter, this initiative has built and delivered over 4000 beds to families in need across the greater Columbus area. Operating entirely with volunteers, Bed Brigade partners with local churches and civic groups to fulfill its mission of providing essential support to those in crisis.
Since its inception, Bed Brigade has successfully built and delivered over 4000 beds, ensuring that approximately $0.95 of every dollar donated goes directly to building or dressing a bed for children in need.
