About Beacon Hill Village

Founded in 1999 by a group of friends in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood, Beacon Hill Village is a pioneering community-based organization dedicated to empowering older adults. Recognizing the need for support as social networks change with age, this innovative nonprofit was established to provide a voice and choice for its members. Enrolling its first members in 2002, Beacon Hill Village has since expanded its reach to include residents from the Back Bay, Charlestown, Downtown/Waterfront, Fenway/Kenmore, and various other neighborhoods.
