Our Story
Founded in January 2018 by two passionate teachers, Be Loud Studios began as a small project aimed at engaging students who struggled in traditional classrooms. This initiative blossomed into a vibrant, student-run radio station, officially launching as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in March 2019. Today, it serves as a city-wide platform, engaging over 500 kids through afterschool programs, camps, and teacher fellowships.
Impact
Be Loud Studios has transformed the lives of countless youth, with 98% reporting increased confidence and 100% of DJs feeling safe and comfortable in our creative space. Our program is a beacon of support for families, with over 99% recommending us to others.
