In California, Eden Housing has successfully developed, acquired, and preserved 12,681 affordable homes, with an additional 4,642 homes in the pipeline. In 2023 alone, they facilitated $5.7 million in rent relief for 833 households and provided essential resident services to 9,500 individuals.
