Founded in 1961, Bayview Manor is a vibrant Life Plan Community dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood and beyond. Established through a generous bequest from Charles A. Kinnear, Bayview has evolved into a ten-story residential haven that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds and faiths. Managed by a volunteer Board of Trustees, Bayview maintains its Methodist Church affiliations while focusing on creating opportunities for healthy, spiritual, and purposeful living.

Our Impact

Bayview offers a comprehensive range of services, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, ensuring that aging is a joyous and productive experience. The organization also partners with skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, supporting residents who have run out of resources through no fault of their own.
